以下のテスト・ケース不足：

  • ニコニコ連携にて既存のタグに対しては連携タグが追加されないこと
  • タグ件数の表示が有効なタグに対してのみ行はれること
  • タグ希望タグは新規投稿に対してのみ付与されること．
    • これは後でもいいかも．
