  • 子タグから親タグへの D & D による上位タグ設定（スマホの場合は長押し；スワイプやメニュー表示と干渉しないこと）
  • 子タグを同カテゴリの最下端へ移動で上位タグ設定解除
  • タグを他カテゴリの最下端へ移動でカテゴリ変更

（現在 iOS の Safari で長押しとメニュー表示が干渉する問題が確認できてゐるが，別の課題で対応することとする）
