すでに独自方式で履歴管理してゐる post_tags と wiki_pages 以外，テーブル名単数末尾に _versions をつけた履歴用テーブルをもって管理することとする．
一気にではなく，リソースごとに都度都度対応していく．
まづは posts から対応し（ #264 ），tags/tag_names へと拡張していく．
履歴管理が本当に要らなさぅなリソースは履歴管理しない．
