毎日 15 時にぼざクリ DB（https://git.miteruzo.com/miteruzo/nizika_nico ）をもとにタグとか投稿を更新する．
追加のみで削除はしなくていぃかも．
この操作による変更があった投稿には “bot操作” といふメタタグをつける．

以下をまだやってないので，やったら完了とする：

  • メタタグ “bot操作” の追加（変更があった場合のみ）
  • サムネ更新
  • ニジラー情報取得（ぼざクリ DB の更新が必要）（リリース後に対応）
  • ニコニコ連携（ #77 でやる）
